    The study and application of business research to solving business problems. Emphasis includes approaches to designing the research project, sources of collecting data, and the analysis and presentation of data results. Students are exposed to the practical application of using research as a method of resolving business issues and problems.

  • BUS 3310 I1 Group Dynamics & Conflict Resolution

    A study of group formation, development, and performance as it affects organizational effectiveness.  Emphasis includes exposure to decision-making and resolving conflicts in groups.  Students develop strategies for efficient and productive group management and determine which tasks are best handled by groups as opposed to individuals.  Students are also exposed to inter-group dynamics and management strategies.

  • BUS 3370 I2 Management of Innovation & Technology

    This course examines the latest trends in technology relating to business.  Students will learn the terminology associated with various programs, understand the importance of technology in the workplace, and complete projects applicable to several business cases.

  • BUS 4660 I1 Management of Fiscal Planning & Budgeting (SP09)
    Students analyze the various elements associated with financial and accounting terms, techniques and procedures. Interpreting financial and accounting statements, understanding basic financial planning and budgeting along with performance measurements are examined.
