Help with final grades

I am not sure what happened but when I went to go into grades, since I am getting ready to enter final grades, the whole format changed since the last week. I am not sure how to entire final grades in this format, can you please let me know how to do this? I went into the menu, do I go to course settings and then put in display letter grade after I finish grading?
