Can't get into test

Help!

I am trying to access my test and the computer shows me a pointing finger with a flash on it.

I turned off the pop-up blocker.  What do I do?

  • Error message displayed     computer shows me a pointing finger with a flash on it.
  • Date & time of issue   1/31/09   6:53pm
  • Course name & number   Sociology - SOC2000i1-20101
  • FULL description of the issue:    

    I am trying to access my test and the computer shows me a pointing finger with a flash on it.

    I turned off the pop-up blocker.  What do I do?

    Cancel that.  I guess everybody was trying to get into the computer to finish their homework at the same time.

    It would be nice to know what the issue with the pop-up blocker was, though.

    Since the test is a timed test, the pop-up is the timer showing you how much time you have on your test. If your blocker was turned on it was preventing the timer from coming up.
